Shipping & Returns

1. Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days. During holidays and launch weeks, processing may take a little longer — good things take time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

3. Kremas Shipping

Because kremas contains alcohol, it can only be shipped to states where such delivery is permitted, and an adult signature (21+) may be required at delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and items. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.

5. Returns

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened products for health and safety reasons. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (original shipping not included). Contact us first so we can send return instructions.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving the claim.
