amAyiti began in a family kitchen, with recipes that were never written down — they lived in hands, in memory, in the smell of star anise on a Saturday morning. Kremas for the holidays. Konfiti on fresh bread. Manba that made the whole house quiet at breakfast.
When we moved away from home, we realized how hard it was to find those flavors made the right way. So we started making them ourselves — small batches, real ingredients, no shortcuts. What started for family and friends became amAyiti Haitian Goods.
